The Master's program in Education Leadership and Management at the Caucasus Education School is designed to prepare education management professionals who can address the demands of sustainable development, labor market needs, and navigate contemporary challenges in the field. The program will prepare a highly qualified cadre who view education as a public good and recognize equal access to education as a fundamental human right.
The program aims to develop strategic, development-driven leaders with strongethical values who are capable of:
- Leading change, designing and implementing education programs and projects that align with sustainable development goals, take into account local context as well as global trends and are grounded in evidense-based decision making;
- Establishing a democratic and inclusive governance system, fostering a positive organizational culture, upholding high standards of accountability, and promoting organizational growth through effective communication;
- Ensuring that the organization achieves its goals and objectives by utilizing available resources effectively and efficiantly;
- Prioritizing continuous professional development of their teams, maintaining high ethical standards and uniting staff around shared values and goals.
Concentrations
Students have the opportunity to choose between two concentration areas:
- Preschool and General Education (PreK-12)
- Vocational and Higher Education
