On 10-14 July, a meeting of Master's Thesis Board was held to review and consider Masters' theses of LLM students of Caucasus School of Law.

 

Master's thesis was successfully defended by:


Mako Mamadashvili - Constitutional control models ( comparative analysis ) - The LLM student has been working under the direction of Malkhaz Begiashvili;

Elene Tuskia - Constitutional Control Patterns (Comparative analysis) - The LLM student has been working under the direction of Ketevan Meskhishvili.

Nino Kiknadze - Impossibility of Carrying out Contract Obligations - The LLM student has been working under the direction of Ketevan Meskhishvili.

Lilia Iaseshvili - Bank Guarantee - Contractual relations with the modern means of security - The LLM student has been working under the direction of Tamar Goderdzishvili. 

Ana Kamkhadze - Challenges of Consumer Rights' Protection in E-Contracts in EU Guidelines- The LLM student has been working under the direction of Ekaterine Baghishvili.

Tamar Veltauri -Partnership Contracts as Legal Basis of Relationship in Construction Business.

Nino Soziashvili -Life Insurance; Social and Legal Aspects  The LLM student has been working under the direction of Maka Kartozia.

Tea Buadze - Obligation of Information Provision as a Pre-Contractual Obligation in Consumer Contracts- The LLM student has been working under the direction of Vakhtang Zaalishvili.
