A book on the scope of criminal law has been published. It was co-authored by Tamar Gegelia, an affiliated associate professor at Caucasus School of Law.
The book discusses the restrictive principles of criminalization, namely the principle of respect for human rights, the principle of harm, the principle of Ultima Ratio and the principle of legality. The book critically analyzes the reality of Georgia, the tendencies of excessive criminalization.
