On May 18, Caucasus University held the 14th Student Science Conference of Caucasus School of Law.
At the conference works from different fields of law were presented. By the decision of the Competent Jury (Ekaterine Kardava - Chairperson, Malkhaz Begiashvili, Tatia Chikhladze, Devi Khvedeliani) three best research papers were selected:
First place – Nika Gogashvili and Maia Mumladze. ‘Issues Related to the Usage of Subjective and Objective Tests for the Peremptory Challenge of Judges in the Civil Procedure Law of Georgia’ Scientific advisor: Dr. David Meskhishvili.
Second place: Akhaladze Nina and Sibashvili Lile. ‘Advance Payment - Ensuring Fulfillment of Obligations (admission examination on the basis of the Supreme Court practice).’ Scientific advisor: Dr. Maka Kartozia.
Third place: Chavleishvili Aslan and Mkheidze Ilona. ‘Tent as a Means of Exercising the Right to Assembly and Manifestation.’ Scientific advisor – Dr. Maka Mkhatvrishvili
