On October 11, organized by the Student and Organizational Events Service of Caucasus University, the Chess Championship - "CU CUP 2023" took place at CU. A total of 70 Georgian and international students from CU participated in this chess tournament.
Dr. Kakha Shengelia, the President of Caucasus University, awarded a symbolic trophy to the first-place winner and gift vouchers for the Caucasus University bookstore "Librarea" to all three top performers.
The place distribution was as follows:
- 1st place - Nodar Tatoshvili (CSB)
- 2nd place - Davit Kakabadze (CST)
- 3rd place - Irakli Abuashvili (CSE)
