In the framework of the Memorandum the parties agree to take joint efforts to bring up and educate a future generation of professionals in the field of Communication.

The parties also agree that professionals in Tele-Communications will take part in public lectures and discussions envisaged by the Memorandum. Students will reinforce their theoretical knowledge with practical skills; they will be given a chance to observe functioning of stations of radio monitoring and will have internship in the Commission, Bachelor's Program in Telecommunication of the Caucasus University was started in 2015, the first intake was enrolled in the same year.
