On November 1, the IX International Scientific Conference “Challenges of Globalization in Economics and Business” was held at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University.

From October 28 to November 1, Caucasus University Professors Levan Darbaidze and Levan Mosakhlishvili, along with expert Judge Eka Areshidze, visited the Kingdom of the Netherlands as part of the project “Comments on the Juvenile Justice Code.” This project is funded by LEPL – Shota Rustaveli National Science Foundation of Georgia.

On November 4, an open lecture was held for students of the English Philology program at Caucasus University, at the initiative of Manana Matiashvili, Associate Professor of the School of Humanities and Social Sciences. 

As part of the project “Public Policy Pilot Initiatives to Engage and Mentor Youth,” research titled “NEET Youth: A Generation Outside of Education, Employment, or Training” (Policy Essay #68, Georgian Institute of Politics, October 2024) by Nini Shakarashvili, a graduate student in the Public Administration Program at the School of Governance, has been published Her work.

Within the Jean Monet module "Europeanization of law programs in Georgia" (101084764 — EU-LP-GE), the teaching material for lecturers "How to teach the European Union" was  published. The authors of the teaching material are Jean Monnet professors Ekaterine Kardava and Guranda Chelidze.

The project, "Post-Quantum Digital Signature using Verkle Trees," has been awarded a grant through NATO's "Science for Peace and Security" grant program.

On October 31, Vocational Collage Modusi hosted the final event of the Kvemo Kartli pre-acceleration program, a demo day, organized by Caucasus University Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center with the initiative and support of Georgia’s Innovation and Technology Agency (GITA).

On November 1, Caucasus University hosted Mr. Jerome Dumetz, Ph.D, Head of International Relations Department of the Unicorn University, Czech Republic.

On October 30, Caucasus University and the University of Insubria, located in Como, Italy, signed a Memorandum of Cooperation. Representing Caucasus University, the Vice President for Internationalization, Irena Melua, signed the agreement, while the University of Insubria was represented by Giorgio Maria Zamperetti, the Vice President for Internationalization.

On October 28, the International Relations Department and the School of Medicine at Caucasus University organized an orientation meeting for international students enrolled in the medical program.

The presentation of the book "Hospital Financing by Groups Diagnosis-Related Groups: World Experience and Recommendations for Georgia" by Tengiz Verulava and Revaz Zorbenadze took place on October 24.

The educational process of the 3rd admission of double degree 3-year bachelor's programs is successfully underway.

On Octomber 22, the president of Caucasus University held an informal meeting with academic and administrative staff at Caucasus University.

On 17-18 October, an international conference – “The Nersisyan School in Tbilisi and its Role in the Educational Life of the Caucasus” - was held at the Khachatur Abovyan State Pedagogical University in Yerevan. The conference was dedicated to the 200th anniversary of the foundation of Nersisyan School.

On October 18, Professor Peter Schmelz from Johns Hopkins University was held a public lecture at Caucasus University. The event is organized by the International Research Center for the Study of Georgia at the Caucasus School of Humanities and Social Sciences.
