On November 15, organized by the School of Media and initiated by guest lecturer Mariam Gamdlishvili, within the "Information Operations and Strategic Communications" lecture course, Caucasus University hosted Vivian Walker, an American diplomat, professor at Georgetown University and the National War College, and an expert and researcher in strategic communications and public diplomacy.
