Ms. Natia Kvitsiani, Head of IOM Local Programs, visited Caucasus University and delivered a public lecture to the students of Caucasus School of Humanities and Social Sciences.

Mr. Paata Gergaia, Professor at Caucasus School of Humanities and Social Sciences held a presentation for his 5 books at Caucasus University.

On September 26-27, an International Conference on "Digital Biomedicine" was held. This was the final event of the internationally certified project „BIOMED2019“.

On September 27, representatives of Psycho-Social Service at I. Tsitsishvili Children's Clinic met with Caucasus School of Humanities and Social Sciences Psychology Program students.

The European Youth Parliament Tbilisi session was held in Tbilisi on September 7-9. About one hundred delegates from different countries participated in the event.

The Triangle Effect of European Studies at Schools (TEESS) 

Within the framework of the EU Erasmus + Grant Competition Jean Monnet Project 2019, Caucasus University has received funding for the implementation of the “Triangle Effect of European Studies at Schools” (TEESS) project. The project will be led by Professor Guranda Chelidze of Caucasus School of Humanities and Social Sciences and Ms. Ekaterine Kardava, Associate Professor of Caucasus School of Law.

On July 15-16, International Symposium funded by the Swedish Research Council - Neurocomputing Advances in Brain Research was held in the Conference Hall of Caucasus University. The Organizers are Georgian Society of Psycho-Physiological Studies and Caucasus University.

In July 2019, archaeological excavations were held in the village of Itkhvisi, Chiatura municipality.

On July 5, the National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement awarded another 7 year-accreditation to the undergraduate degree program in European Studies.

On July 2, the National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement awarded another 7 year-accreditation to the Bachelor’s Degree Program in English Philology.
