The NATO summit in the Netherlands was a significant turning point for the alliance.

Within the framework of long-standing cooperation between Caucasus University and Leipzig University of Applied Sciences, another significant initiative is being implemented — a joint summer school offering a fully funded short-term program for students of the Caucasus School of Business and Economics.

During the week of June 16-20, the Department of International Relations of Caucasus University hosted representatives of partner universities.

On June 19, clinical psychology Master's students of the Caucasus School of Humanities and Social Sciences, Ana Manjgaladze, Elene Ushveridze, Ekaterine Chachua and Lana Gugeshashvili, presented the results of their research done in various public schools across Tbilisi, including Apkhazeti Public School N2, to the members of the Committee on International Relations, Education and Culture of the Supreme Council of the Autonomous Republic of Abkhazia.

On June 21, the closing ceremony of the intensive executive program “Leadership Excellence: Driving Organizational Change and Success”, developed by Harvard University’s Division of Continuing Education, was held at Caucasus University.

On June 19, Akaki Kapanadze, Director of the Project Management Department at Caucasus University, participated in a management meeting hosted by Batumi State Maritime Academy (BSMA). The event was organized as part of the PRODIGE project (“Promoting High-Quality Digital Education in Georgia”).

Caucasus University has been officially ranked in the Times Higher Education (THE) Impact Rankings 2025.

From June 16 to 18, representatives of Caucasus University, Giorgi Salukvadze, Affiliated Assistant Professor; Vladimer Svanadze; and Akaki Kapanadze, Director of the Project Management Department visited Batumi to participate in the training “Learning Process: Adapting Digital Pedagogy for Distance Education.” The training was hosted by Batumi State Maritime Academy within the framework of the PRODIGE project

The intensive program “Leadership Excellence: Driving Organizational Change and Success”, developed by professors from Harvard University’s Division of Continuing Education, is ongoing at the campus of Caucasus University.

The Caucasus University Library held an educational-cognitive meeting titled “Abolition of the Autocephaly of the Georgian Church and Its Consequences”.

On June 19, the Caucasus University School of Tourism organized a public lecture on the topic: “How to Plan a Trip on a Budget?” The lecture was presented by Tornike Purtseladze, Administrative Director of the School of Tourism Programs and visiting lecturer.

Caucasus University's new bachelor's programs: Digital Communication and Media Arts, Graphic Design (English-language), and Art History - were granted unconditional accreditation in full compliance with the standard.

On June 14, juniors and seniors of Caucasus School of Tourism went on a field trip to the Kakheti region as part of their courses in Ecotourism, Agrotourism, and Tourism Planning and Place Management.

The University of Johannesburg (UJ) hosted the semi-annual meeting of the International Association of University Presidents (IAUP) from 11 to 13 June, bringing together global leaders in higher education to engage in critical conversations about the future of universities.

On June 16, Zurab Lukashvili, a student in the English-language PhD program in Management at Caucasus University School of Business, successfully defended his dissertation titled "Impact of Work Motivation on Job Satisfaction Among Staff of Private and Public Higher Education Institutions in Georgia."

At CU, Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center hosted a public meeting on the topic: “Startup Success Fundamentals: Legal and Communication Strategies." The meeting was led by Salome Jojua, a business law expert and founding partner of 4S.
