On March 1, the Department of International Relations of Caucasus University hosted the representatives of the University of Rennes, Vice President Muriel Hissler and the representative of the Department of International Relations, Yolaine Bompays.

The Democracy Support Center, with the support of the National Endowment for Democracy, held a public lecture at Caucasus University within the framework of the project "Promoting Civic Education and Engagement in Georgia". The topic of the lecture was - The justice system and European integration agenda of Georgia (what path the system has taken - reforms/challenges/recommendations)

On February 22, in the Caucasus University bookstore "Librarea", journalist Misha Mshvildadze and Georgian Philology program student Levan Kakliani held salon conversations on the topic: "Humor and Society".

Caucasus University President Dr. Kakha Shengelia received the highest honor from the University of Johannesburg at the proposal of Professor Tshilidzi Marwala, Honorary Doctor of Caucasus University and current President of the United Nations University.

Giorgi Bregadze, an affiliated professor of the School of Tourism and the main consultant of PMCG, shared the successful experience of certification and re-certification of the Caucasus Tourism School with UNWTO TedQual to the University of East Sarajevo and the University of Tuzla.

Caucasus University and IQS School of Management, Spain, signed a cooperation Agreement.

On February 24, an information meeting regarding the 150 000 GEL grant competition of Georgia’s Innovation & Technology Agency (GITA) was held at the Caucasus University Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center

On February 24, an informational meeting was held for applicants interested in undergraduate programs at CU. 

Sairan Adilbekkyzy, PhD student of Kazakhstan Polytechnic University, who worked in the field of cyber security during her internship, successfully completed her internship at the Cyber Security Center of Caucasus University.

The president of Caucasus University, Dr. Kakha Shengelia, and Vice-President, Boris (Buba) Lezhava, paid a business visit to Georgia's Embassy in the United Arab Emirates on February 23. Georgian Ambassador Paata Kalandadze hosted them.

A mutual cooperation agreement was signed between Caucasus University and the Cyber Security Bureau.

On February 22, a competition was held for entrants interested in the tourism program - Virtual Trip Through Time and Space.

The dean of the Caucasus School of Governance, Eka Akobia, and the co-director of the BA program in public administration, Emir Eteria, held a meeting with the representatives of the new program of the US Development Agency "National Governance Program".

On February 20, the Department of International Relations hosted students participating in international exchange programs (Erasmus+/ Bilateral Exchange) and foreign degree-seeking students, who will start their studies from the spring semester.

On February 20, Caucasus University hosted the representative of the International Development Department of the Rennes School of Business, Pauline Cojean.

Caucasus University academic staff and PhD students will attend a training module on the preparation of project proposals on February 20, 21, and 22. Ketevan Tsintsadze, an education consultant and expert in the development of university continuous education, is leading the training.

The students from Caucasus University visited Athens, Greece, on a study tour that was arranged by the university's Student and Organizational Event Department.

On February 18^th, Tatia Chokoraia, a head of Academic Writing Center at Caucasus University conducted a webinar on plagiarism prevention mechanisms.

On February 16-18, Caucasus University hosted a TechCamp organized by the US State Department and the US Embassy in Georgia on the topic: Countering Disinformation Throughout the Caucasus.
